Having previously managed a large mail-order marine organisation, Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience in technical support, account management and customer care. Based in the Midlands, Martin enjoys spending time on the water and is a qualified sailing instructor.

Matt lives in Surrey with his family and enjoys Thai Boxing and all things fitness, having previously been a two time World and European champion in Taekwon-do.
Debbie Clarke

With a background in insurance, HR and accounting, Debbie started working in Sailforce for 2003. Having covered much of the administration of Sailforce in the past, she now heads our marketing and telesales activity as well as running our busy Manningtree office. She is based on the Suffolk / Essex border.
Virginia Ransley
Administrator
Initially Virginia trained and worked in healthcare, yet always had an interest in accounts so studied alongside working and now Sage and AAT qualified. She started off her accounts career working for the British Forces in Germany where she worked for 7 years before returning to the UK with her family. Virginia joined the Sailforce team in September 2021 working in the office as a part time bookkeeper.
