Mike began his Industry journey running a Boat Repair and Maintenance Business in 1986. He’s been involved in Marine Equipment Sales for over 25 years, including a prominent role within one of the UK’s largest Marine Distributors.

Mike is a founder partner of SailForce, and based in Barnstaple, Devon, where he enjoys boating and volunteering with the local Coastguard Cliff Rescue Team.
